Full Job DescriptionOur client, one of the largest CPG companies in their space, is looking for a hands on Art Director, Packaging and Production (AD) to join their team, full time! This role will be 40/hrs per week, onsite 4x days in their Park Ridge, NJ location WFH Fridays! Gorgeous office and GYM! Looking for high energy, leadership, STRONG packaging and production design knowledge to add value to the team!Reporting to the Creative Director, the AD, Packaging and Production is a hybrid function between Creative and Marketing responsible for ideation of concepts, development, design, and execution of 360 product packaging, display, print collateral and corporate/brand identity.Responsibilities:- Create and refine innovative package design concepts- Create and adhere to brand identity guidelines, ensuring integrity within and across brands as relevant- Pre and post production expertise- Extensive knowledge of printing processes- 2 D & 3-Dimensional Rendering of Packaging and Displays- Develop or oversee packaging and display mockups- Corporate signage- Digital platform knowledge- Participate in press runs and/ review proofs- Visual Trade Show Design & Collateral- Product photography nice to have- Collaboration within Creative/ Marketing & Cross FunctionallyQualifications:- Bachelor of Arts / Graphic Design degree- 7 years design experience in CPG, Beauty or related field- Exceptional typography, packaging, layout and design experience- Experience with Trade Ads, Visual Trade Show Designs & Development- Software experience: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Bridge, Microsoft Office- Designs are BRIGHT, FUN, PLAYFUL!
