We are looking for an organized, motivated, and skilled candidate who can handle the pressure of the fast pace working environment of the California Conservation Corps (CCC).

Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager 2 of the Headquarters’ Program Development Branch, the AGPA will: support CCC field offices across the State of California by overseeing statewide partnerships, data tracking and reporting, statewide policy, and more. The AGPA will work closely with the Career Pathways Deputy Director to enhance, sustain, and establish internships for Corpsmembers across the State of California. The AGPA will take on these tasks with the ultimate goal of supporting field offices with the tools, resources, and information needed to help CCC Members located at field offices to develop and achieve their plans for education, training, and/or career placement upon completion of the CCC program.

The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building. Minimum Experience

  • Advanced experience in analyzing large sets of data from multiple sources to demonstrate clear trends/ patterns that may require quick turnaround and addressing high-level questions.
  • Advanced experience with writing collaborative reports using qualitative and quantitative data, and a collaborative process with various internal departments (legal, communications, executive, etc.).

  • Reinstatement Eligibility – Previously obtained permanent employment with the State of California in the same classification or in a classification that is comparable.
