Description of the Role: As a Used Car Technician at Toyota of Cool Springs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our pre-owned vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems, conducting thorough inspections, and performing necessary maintenance tasks. • Starting pay $85,000 to $130,000 per year (based on flat-rate hours)
• We Pay for additional ASE certification testing and Toyota Training
• Additional bonuses paid based on ASE certification level

Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostic tests and identifying any issues with multiple makes of vehicles
• Completing repairs efficiently and effectively to meet high-quality standards
• Conducting thorough inspections to assess overall condition and identify potential problems
• Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

• Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably with a focus on used vehicles
• Minimum of 2 ASE certifications
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
