Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $51,240 - $62,450 per year We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing our communication strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience effectively. You will work closely with various departments to create compelling content that resonates with our target audiences across multiple platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote company initiatives.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, including posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and media advisories to promote company news.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently.
