Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
* In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, techniques, and regulations.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
