The Opportunity
As part of the Program Delivery team you support Compliance, Regulatory, and Cybersecurity related projects. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

- Executing Agile and traditional project management methods
- Identifying and managing dependencies, risks, and issues
- Building and analyzing program schedules and plans
- Experience with Microsoft suite and data visualization tools

- Synthesizing key themes into executive communications
- Availability for domestic and international travel
- Working in a fluid and fast-paced environment

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
