Infinant is looking for an operations manager with experience in payments and card fulfillment. This person works with our customers, card fulfillment partners, and multiple cross-functional teams to ensure our bank’s card programs are delivered successfully.

Primary responsibilities include working with customers, Visa DPS, CPI, and internal teams to manage bank client card programs; problem solving by finding creative solutions; bridging technical and non-technical teams; utilizing project management skills to track moving parts and ensure timely delivery; communicating progress and roadblocks to all teams; generously supporting customers and team members; acting as the Visa DPS and CPI relationship manager; and handling day-to-day operations of card issuance, processing, settlement, dispute and chargeback management, and SLA oversight.

The role also includes fraud and compliance oversight across the program.

Requirements:

Requirements include:

- Bank approvals, card layout regulations, and compliance
- Demonstrated knowledge of Visa DPS
- Experience with virtual and tokenized card fulfillment and adherence to network and banking regulations
- Background in bank and network submission processes for card products
- Strong interest in or understanding of the payments ecosystem, particularly card issuing
- Great organizational skills and experience managing multiple complex projects
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable with aggressive schedules
- Ability to build strong working relationships across multiple teams
- Technologically adept and at ease with product, legal, and B2B technology applications
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, team player, resourceful and self-starter; able to work independently
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- On-site in Charlotte area
- 5+ years experience in management of card issuance and processing projects
- Significant experience with card fulfillment processes and technologies (EMV, Contactless) and network compliance
