This position will provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Finance Director. Responsibilities include claim coordination, scheduling meetings, creating agendas, and providing meeting minutes, data entry and records maintenance, preparing communications, coordinating courier activities and serving as a back-up for the couriers, and other duties as assigned. Assists other Finance staff with special projects when necessary. Deadline to Apply February 7, 2024 by 11:59 p.m. Requirements Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of additional schooling including secretarial, computer and/or basic accounting coursework, and 3-5 years of related office experience or equivalent education and experience and proficiency with PC's and computer software and applications.
