This position is Located in beautiful  Pueblo, CO

Pay-rate: Starting at $85,000 / year goes up with experience

Position Summary:

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the quality standards and procedures throughout the food production process, from procurement and food specifications to meal preparation, service, and sanitation. You'll develop standardized recipes and utilize various production tools to maintain food quality and achieve cost objectives. Additionally, you'll be involved in planning and managing special events.

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in culinary management
• Proficiency with Microsoft software programs
• Experience with budget statements
• People management and mentoring experience
• Associate’s degree in culinary arts preferred
