Job Title: Graphic Designer (Remote – B2B Marketing Focus)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 5 years of experience in digital design, specifically supporting B2B marketing and corporate branding. This role requires strong collaboration skills, technical design proficiency, and an understanding of how design drives performance in digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging visual assets for digital marketing, branding, and B2B campaigns

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and copywriting

• Translate complex ideas into simple, compelling visuals aligned with brand guidelines

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing requirements

• Apply design best practices to optimize performance and conversions in digital advertising

• Contribute to motion/video content development (experience with Premiere or After Effects is a plus)

• Work independently in a remote environment while actively seeking feedback and offering creative input

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong digital portfolio

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Working knowledge of collaborative tools like Figma, Canva, or Creatopy

• Experience in B2B environments, preferably within construction, architecture, engineering, technology, or SaaS

• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Wrike

• Understanding of performance marketing and ad metrics

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere, After Effects)

• Previous experience working in fully remote teams
