ZARIA Eco Hotel & Retreat Center, a boutique 10-bedroom oasis nestled in the remote lush jungle of El Valle, Samaná, is on the hunt for an upbeat, hands-on Hotel Manager who’s fluent in both English and Spanish.

Your Role in Our Jungle Paradise:

• Finance Fun: Join our weekly finance chats and keep everything running smoothly (yes, even numbers can be exciting!).

• Room & Booking Guru: Oversee room inventory and handle bookings on our Cloudbeds platform.

• Maintain & Improve: Work with local vendors and community partners to maintain & improve the property and grounds (fluent Spanish is must for this!)

• Team Vibes: Coordinate staff schedules and lead a passionate team in a laid-back, fun environment with the best team in the world!!

• Guest Happiness: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile, turning their stay into an adventure. (Don't worry, there is an amazing hospitality staff to help with this!)

• Digital Storyteller: Boost our online presence on Facebook and Instagram with eye-catching posts and engaging content.

• Event & Retreat Maestro: Organize unique events and retreats that celebrate nature, wellness, and community.

Who You Are:

• A hospitality enthusiast with proven experience in managing or working in hotels.

• A bilingual professional (English and Spanish) who loves the energy of the Caribbean.

• A natural leader who thrives in a relaxed, yet dynamic, jungle setting. Self-led and proud of your own work to make the place and processes better than how you found them.

• Passionate about eco-tourism and ready to embrace a lifestyle that celebrates nature and community.
