The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. The Right Candidate
3 + years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support (preferred but not required).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software/applicant tracking systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Job Duties
Maintain and organize new employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire paperwork and orientation scheduling.
Manage email correspondence and respond to general inquiries.
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Support HR team with benefits administration and employee communications.
Assist in tracking and updating HR policies, procedures, and compliance documents.
Research and identify new job posting platforms, including job boards, career fairs, and networking events.
Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are accurate and up to date.
Act as the first point of contact for applicants, responding to initial inquiries and screening resumes.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in interview preparation, including sending confirmations, preparing materials, and gathering feedback.
Track candidates throughout the hiring process and update the applicant tracking system.
Assist in background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external hiring partners as needed.
