About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our HR/Payroll team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a positive, service-oriented attitude. While prior HR or payroll experience is not required, familiarity with administrative tasks and confidentiality is preferred. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks for the HR and Payroll team.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google Sheets for data entry and documentation.
• Provide general clerical support, including filing, organizing, and document preparation.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Support HR and payroll processes as needed.
• Identify and propose solutions for administrative challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; experience with similar responsibilities is preferred.
• Positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Coachable, eager to learn, and receptive to feedback.
• Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
• Flexible hours available; open to students.
