Job Description: Remote Insurance Sales Representative
We're seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. Whether you're starting fresh in the industry or you're a seasoned insurance professional, we provide the tools, training, and resources you need to succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while helping clients secure the insurance coverage they need.

No Insurance Experience? No Problem!

We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. In this entry-level role, you'll receive hands-on training and guidance to build your skills in insurance sales. You'll prospect for new business opportunities and offer a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial coverage.

Base salary: $30,000 per year
Earning potential: Additional commissions can significantly increase your income in your first year.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering excellent customer service.
Proactively prospect for new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
Sell a variety of insurance products tailored to clients' needs, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
Educate and advise clients on the best insurance options to meet their goals.
Look for opportunities to cross-sell and expand client accounts.
Professionally address client concerns, providing clear and helpful solutions.
Process premium payments, policy updates, and changes with precision.
Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives established by management.

What We're Looking For

Licensing: Property and Casualty License required (we're willing to train the right candidate!).
Experience: Insurance sales experience is a bonus but not required - we're happy to provide training.
Remote Work Skills: Ability to work independently in a home office environment with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with Agency Management Systems, multiline phone systems, and computer software. Strong typing and data entry skills are essential.
Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Personal Qualities: Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.
