Community Access Services is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Job Coach to support an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment. Due to specific requirements outlined in the individual’s support plan, this position is open to male applicants only . What You’ll Do as a Job Coach:

• Provide direct, one-on-one workplace support 
• Assist with task completion, skill-building, and workplace social interactions.
• Build relationships with employers to ensure a positive work environment.
• Encourage independence while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress and challenges.
• Implement strategies to help the individual overcome workplace barriers.

Requirements:

• Experience in job coaching, supported employment services, caregiving, or related fields
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Strong communication and advocacy skills.
