Job Description:
The Landscape Maintenance Branch Manager will oversee the operations, client relationships, and team performance of our landscape maintenance division. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality landscape services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in landscape maintenance management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the landscape maintenance branch, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of landscape professionals, including technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to optimize productivity and service quality.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and equipment maintenance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
