Job Title: Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Job Overview:We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Licensed Health Insurance Agents for a temporary-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will assist members in selecting health plans that best fit their needs while enjoying a competitive base pay and substantial bonus potential. This fully remote position offers excellent career growth opportunities within a stable and supportive company.
Compensation:- $18.50/hour + bonus ($25 per enrollment).
- Once 50 enrollments are reached in a month, the bonus increases to $65 per enrollment retroactively.
Work Schedule:- Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (first three weeks).
- Post-Training Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday through Friday:
- 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM EST
- 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- 2:15 PM – 11:00 PM EST
- Flexibility for personal obligations such as school pickups.
- Weekend work is optional for those interested in overtime and additional commissions.
Key Responsibilities of the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:- Assist members in selecting the best health insurance plan to fit their needs.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Navigate Aetna and company systems to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills for the Licensed Health Insurance Agent:- Active Health Insurance License required.
- Minimum of 1 year of Medicare/Medicaid insurance sales experience.
- At least 1 year of inbound/outbound call center experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and competitive nature.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
