Salary: 72,150 - 130,425 USD per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field. Additional years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree. A Master’s or Doctorate degree may also substitute for the required experience.
• 4+ years of combined experience managing Apple/macOS, iOS, iPad OS hardware and software.
• 3+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, specifically Jamf Pro, Jamf Composer, and Intune.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

Responsibilities:

• As a MacOS System Administrator, you will:
• Build, maintain, automate, ensure reliability, and implement MDM solutions using best practices and the latest technologies, including Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune.
• Use MDM solutions to enroll, configure, secure, and manage devices.
• Create custom packages using Jamf Composer to install software as per organizational requirements.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and excellent customer service skills to troubleshoot both onsite and remote user issues.
• Assist in the acquisition, installation, testing, and evaluation of Apple/macOS hardware and software.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot MacBooks and iOS devices.
• Track inventory, including the location of all systems, software releases, and telecommunications equipment.
• Evaluate new software packages and Apple features, making recommendations for their adoption.
• Document technical processes in Confluence or SharePoint and resolve incident tickets in Jira/ServiceNow.
• Brief management, customers, teams, or vendors with appropriate technical communication skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
