We are seeking a results-driven and strategic New Business Lead to spearhead our Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury categories. This individual will own revenue growth, lead the sales strategy, and manage key client relationships within these verticals. Reporting to the CEO, the New Business Lead will manage Solutions Consultants and SDRs, collaborate across teams, and ensure business objectives are met while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership:
Drive quarterly and annual recognized revenue targets for the Fashion, Beauty, and Luxury categories.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Team Leadership:
Directly manage Solutions Consultants and SDRs, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and individual performance goals.
Mentor and guide team members on category-specific strategies, outreach techniques, and prospect engagement.
Sales Strategy Development:
Build and prioritize the target account list, creating tailored strategies to engage and convert high-value prospects.
Leverage market insights and industry expertise to refine messaging and positioning.
Collaboration and Handoff:
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition for closed accounts, setting them up for long-term success.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop category-specific materials and campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the Fashion, Beauty & Luxury industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, content performance metrics, and the challenges faced by Fashion, Beauty & Luxury organizations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel (~20%) and be in the office one day per week in New York City.
Compensation
The expected compensation range for this role is a base salary of $125,000- $150,000. Performance-based incentives will be added. Final offers will be determined based on experience, skills, and location.
