Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health

  • 📍 Location: West Palm Beach, FL
  • 💰 Pay: $38.50 - $55.60/hour (based on experience)
  • 🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Days | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Behavioral Health Nurse Leader passionate about patient-centered, trauma-informed care ? We’re seeking a Nurse Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee a growing inpatient psychiatric unit in a high-acuity setting.

If you have a strong background in inpatient psych & Baker Act patients , thrive in fast-paced acute care , and can balance empathy with accountability , this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a behavioral health team in an inpatient setting
Oversee trauma-informed care initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Ensure operational efficiency while upholding high-quality patient care standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support mental health patients

What You Need:

Registered Nurse (RN) license (Active or Eligible)
5+ years of Behavioral Health experience (acute care required)
2+ years of leadership experience in Behavioral Health
Experience with Baker Act patients & inpatient psychiatric settings
Basic Life Support (BLS) – within 30 days of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) – within 30 days of hire
Fingerprint clearance required
