We are currently seeking a Public Relations Assistant to support our communications team and contribute to the execution of innovative PR campaigns. The Public Relations Assistant will assist with the planning and implementation of PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation for both our company and our clients. This role involves event participation, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and management teams.
Support the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns
Represent the company at public events, acting as a professional spokesperson
Assist with client communications and help manage public-facing interactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and media contacts
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Contribute to content creation, including press materials, promotional messaging, and social media posts
Analyze PR campaign performance and recommend improvements
Participate in training sessions and help educate client-facing representatives on brand standards and communication protocols
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and the public
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of public relations
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred but not required
Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or communications is a plus but not necessary
