**Position Overview:**

As an insurance agent, your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients receive exceptional support by providing them with valuable information, assisting with enrollment, and guiding them through their benefits options.

**Responsibilities:**

* Engage with clients virtually to explain their current benefits, educate them on available options, and assist with enrolling in new benefit packages.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to provide ongoing support.
* Follow up on leads provided by the company (at no cost to you) and generate new business opportunities.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and insurance regulations.

**Requirements:**

* Valid Life/Health/Accident insurance license in the U.S.
* Experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Highly motivated, coachable, and possess a strong work ethic.

**Qualifications:**

* Comfortable using computers and virtual communication tools.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Self-driven and proactive.
