Semmes, Bowen & Semmes has an immediate opening for an associate with 2+ years' experience in Worker's Compensation and Employers' Liability. Qualified candidates must be barred in MD and PA. Candidates that are admitted to other jurisdictions such as DE, DC, VA, and WV are encouraged to apply. We are looking for candidates that have insurance defense, workers' compensation and/or personal injury experience.
We offer a flexible work environment with options for hybrid and remote work. Semmes is a paperless office with personal laptops provided for attorneys. This position will require that you commute to our Baltimore office 3 days per week.
