Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in Rosedale, MD

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time General Dentist to join our family-oriented private practice in Rosedale, MD, located just 20 minutes north of Baltimore. Our state-of-the-art, modern facility has an established patient base and a supportive, professional team. Currently, our practice has one doctor on staff and is looking to expand with the addition of a patient-focused general dentist.

About the Position:

• We are open to new graduates and will provide VISA sponsorship.
• The incoming associate will have autonomy in managing patient care and will be responsible for developing individual treatment plans.
• The practice owner is willing to provide mentorship as needed.
• We offer a full range of services, from routine procedures to more complex treatments, including impacted wisdom teeth extractions.
• There is a potential pathway for partnership for those interested.
• We offer a 2-year contract for dentists with less than 2 years of experience.
• OPEN to working with an eager, well-rounded NEW GRAD!

About the Office:

• Primarily PPO and Fee-for-Service patients, with some Medicaid accepted.
• Full-spectrum general dentistry, including implants and more.
• Our schedule is in high demand, with appointments booked out up to two months in advance.
• We primarily treat adults, with some pediatric patients.

Compensation:

• Adjusted Production Model: Daily rate $800 – $1,200 (continuous), No lab fees.
• Collections Model: No Daily Rate, 30-35%, Associate Responsible for 1/3 lab fees

Work Schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Off
